About Our Organ
The Rogers Memorial Organ was given to First Christian by James A. Chapman in memory of Harry H. Rogers, Anna H. Rogers, Albert H. Rogers, and Hazel Beattie Rogers and was dedicated on January 17, 1971. The organ consists of 67 ranks of pipes, 53 of which are located in the front of the sanctuary, with the remaining 14 in the rear. The organ was constructed by the Wicks Organ Co. of Highland, IL and is under the direction of Paul Pinkosky.
