FCC is a local autonomous community of faith. Individuals are affirmed from the membership to serve as elders, deacons, and department heads. These participate collaboratively in a General Board led by an executive leadership team. The congregation is asked to give its affirmation and support on certain specific occasions. 

FCC is recognized by both the Federal and State government as a 501(c)(3) entity qualifying as a non-profit, charitable entity.
