Sunday School

We have a Sunday School class that meets from 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. for a time of education and fellowship in the East Fellowship Hall. Join us at 9:30 a.m. for Coffee & Donuts!

Every fourth Sunday we have a special Sunday School Trivia game before our Fellowship Worship time.

Outreach

Our engagement with the local community is at the heart of what First Christian does. Our Faith is relational, lived out in two dimensions: vertically in worship (personal and corporate); and horizontally as we fellowship with and serve the people around us.

Snack Packs

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. members of First Christian Church hand out Snack Packs to our homeless brothers and sisters here in Downtown Tulsa. Snack Packs are a bag filled with chips, granola bars, pudding cups, an entrée item, and a bottle of water. This ministry is our major weekday outreach program that serves over 100 people every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you'd like to help serve snack packs this summer please sign up by clicking here.

The Tulsa Day Center

Every second Thursday of the month, our extraordinary cooks at First Christian Church prepare a full dinner. Then a team of FCC volunteers transport and serve the meal at the Tulsa Day Center.

Music

Our Sanctuary Choir is a multi-age group of adult musicians meeting on Wednesday nights from 7:15-8:30 p.m. They are a vital ministry team of FCC. Music ranges from classic church compositions to contemporary worship arrangements.

The Rogers Memorial Organ was given to First Christian Church by James A. Chapman in memory of Harry H. Rogers, Anna H. Rogers, and Hazel Beattie Rogers and was dedicated on Janurary 17th, 1971. The organ consists of 67 ranks of pipes, 53 of which are located in the front of the sanctuary, with the remaining 14 in the rear. The organ is under the direction of Paul Pinkosky.
